Paradis College

Paradis Curriculum

Paradis international College considers that the most important learning activities are those that can be held outside the classroom as well.
The involvement in activities that take place outside the classroom leads to learning to assume a responsibility that deals with maintaining integration, respecting a program, some rules and the expectations that the others may have for them.
An education through such activities aims to identify and promote the optimal correspondence between skills, developing a civilized lifestyle and stimulating creative behaviour in different fields. During the trips and camps organised over time, we found how receptive the children are to everything they are shown or told about the environment, being willing to act in this way.

  • Interactive activities at museums due special events
  • Guitar and the piano recital
  • Shows and celebrations
  • “Scouts in Paradis” project
  • “Paradis Reporters” project
  • Entrepreneurial education projects
  • Thematic fairs
  • Creative workshops
  • Thematic trips
  • School camps
  • Contests of theatre, painting, chess, dance, language and mathematics

Our concern for the harmonious development of the child, on all the sides of his/her personality, is a real and constant one. Children’s day-to-day experiences converge on what we call their personal development:

  • The Leader in Me program
  • Cambridge Centre international partnerships
  • Excellent results obtained at school and extracurricular competitions, but also in concrete lifesituations
  • Practical application of the theoretical notions previously taught
  • Social responsibility
  • Emotional learning through theatre/acting
  • English theme camps and camps with UK teachers
  • Emotional and social development
  • Wide range of extracurricular activities
  • Summer school
  • Healthy, varied and balanced menu

Welcome message from the manager

When I founded the educational project I called Paradis, back in 2005, I was already experienced in education and I had felt for quite some time the need for a drastic change of paradigm in education. This need became acute when I became a mother. Thus, I created an educational environment where the activity of live learning is centered on the child as a whole, the main and constant focus being to maintain the child’s curiosity to know and explore the world, to make sure they are happy, motivated and their personality is shaped harmoniously.
