Prisms VR is the first intuitive, spatial learning platform founded in the USA in 2020. It allows students to experience real-world contexts in a perceptual, immersive way, creating an engaging and innovative learning environment that enhances their understanding and prepares them for success in STEM. This groundbreaking project is supported by the National Science Foundation and the US National Institutes of Health, with key partners including Boston Public Schools, the New York City Department of Education, and MiTek.
Paradis International College is proud to be the first school in Europe to implement this cutting-edge digital platform.
At our school, Prisms VR is integrated into most Math lessons (as well as other subjects), allowing students to grasp complex mathematical concepts more deeply. By eliminating distractions and fully immersing students in the learning process, the platform stimulates curiosity, encourages critical thinking, and fosters deeper discussions between students and teachers. Research shows that students remember only 30% of what they see, 20% of what they hear, but an impressive 90% of what they experience—making Prisms VR a powerful tool for effective learning.
