The MechaByte robotics team’s achievements were applauded during a plenary session of the Chamber of Deputies. The runners-up at the FTC European Premier Event in Eindhoven- the MechaByte and CyLiis teams – were invited by Ms. Monica Berescu to visit the Palace of Parliament and present their exceptional results to Romania’s elected officials. The robots captured the attention of all the parliamentarians during the live demonstration, bringing a touch of energy, curiosity, and playfulness to a space typically reserved for debates and important decisions. Congratulations to everyone who helps turn a passion for robotics into outstanding performance: Adina Romanescu – principal of the Computer Science High School in Iași, Mirela Țibu – coordinator of the CyLiis team, Oana Mihaela Albu – founder of Paradis International College, coordinating teachers Andreea Ioniță and Tudor Tocilă, and MechaByte mentors Dragoș Băbușanu and Sebastian Tănase!
